Varieties
Navel: A sweet variety, so named because of its structure, which includes a small fruit at one end, the tip of which is visible through the skin, and is considered to resemble a navel. The navel orange is easy to peel, with seedless, juicy flesh.
Valencia: This variety is sweet with few or no pips. Valencias have smooth, thin skins and are ideal for juicing, as the juice stores well in the fridge.
Blood oranges:  Blood oranges have orange-red skin which can be smooth or pitted. The flesh varies from orange flecked with crimson to deep ruby red. Blood oranges are juicy with a rich and sweet but mildly tart flavour.
Seville oranges: This orange is a bitter variety with rough skin, pips and juicy flesh. Seville oranges are ideal for use in cooking and are best known for their use in marmalade.
Late Lane Navel: This orange offers an incredibly sweet and almost non-bitter.  This orange offers an incredibly sweet and almost non-bitter taste. Its ‘navel‘ is discreet and its skin is a light orange easy to peel.
