Dutch Carrots are small, sweet and still have their tops attached. Carrots can be eaten raw or steamed, roasted, baked and even juiced. They go well with butter or Maple , beef, chicken, cumin, feta and honey. They’re an excellent source of vitamin A; good source of dietary fibre.
