Often used/mistaken as a fruit but is a vegetable, Rrhubarb's tartness lends itself to being paired with more sweet flavours.  Go beyond desserts, there are many savoury uses! Try adding Rhubarb to your lamb tagine (in place of lemon), add it to your braising liquid for slow-cooking meat or add it to drinks like a spritzer.
