What if i am not happy with the product delivered?If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we deliver, we will more than happily refund the value of the product/s upon presentation (images) of the spoiled product and your order number. To request a refund of an order or a particular product, please contact our Merla martelliorchards@outlook.com.au within 2 days. We will not accept any request for a refund after 48 hours.

Delivery timesAll orders will be delivered after 3:30 pm. Please leave a comment on your order if you would like an earlier delivery

What if I need something that you don’t have on your website?If there are any products you'd like to purchase online, please email your requests to martelliorchards@outlook.com.au and we will do our best to range the products for you

What areas do you deliver to?Monday - Friday (excl. Wednesday): Blechington, Bloomfield, Canobolas, Glenroi, Nashdale, Orange, North Orange, Spring Creek Thursday: Clifton Grove, Suma Park, Lucknow, Browns Creek, Millthorpe, Forest Reefs, Spring Hill, Springside Blayney, Friday (Fortnightly Only): Molong and Windera For all other areas, farm pick-up is available at 66 Wrights Lane, Orange NSW 2800.

What if I am not home during my deliveryIf you are not home and you have paid for your order, we will leave the delivery in the shade somewhere safe. If you don't want your delivery to be left unattended, and you don't think you'll be home to receive your scheduled delivery (or, you miss your delivery) please call Mario on 0402 060 030 or Dom 0408 760 007 to organise a different time, at least two hours in advance.
